A Life of Service

Many Roles, One Throughline

Small business owner. Foster mom. Nonprofit founder. Beekeeper. Veteran. Nataly’s path hasn’t followed a straight line — it’s followed wherever she saw a need.

She brings a unique blend of strategic insight and grassroots empathy, turning “someone should do something about that” into an actual organization, more times than most people manage in a lifetime.

My Path

Discipline, Faith, Stewardship

My journey began with humble roots in Los Fresnos, instilling values of resilience and community. This foundation propelled me towards a life of purpose, beginning with service in the U.S. Army. Military service taught me tactical discipline and unwavering integrity.

After service, I transitioned these principles into entrepreneurship and nonprofit work. Each venture, from disaster relief to beekeeping, extends my commitment to active stewardship. My faith and family remain the compass, guiding efforts to build stronger communities.

My Core Belief

Leadership is the responsibility you take for the person standing next to you.

This principle has been the bedrock of my career, from the battlefield to the boardroom, and in every community I've had the privilege to serve. It's about showing up, taking action, and ensuring that no one is left behind.
